Continuous floating-oil recovery for separators, equalisation tanks and sumps — belt, disc, tube and slotted-pipe skimmers that keep surfaces clean and separation efficient.
What it is
Heetu K-Pack Oil Skimmers continuously lift floating oil and foam off water surfaces, preventing re-entrainment and keeping separators, sumps and equalisation tanks working at their best. Belt, disc, tube and slotted-pipe media are matched to your tank geometry and oil type.
By removing recovered oil to storage for reuse or disposal, skimmers stabilise downstream separation, cut cleaning frequency and can even turn a waste stream into a recoverable resource.

How it works
Media contacts the surface
A belt, disc or tube skimming medium touches the water surface where oil floats.
Oil adheres and lifts
Floating oil clings to the medium and is carried up to a discharge trough.
Oil is collected
Recovered oil drains to storage for reuse or disposal.
Continuous cycle
The skimmer runs continuously with minimal energy, keeping the surface clean.
