Overview

What it is

Heetu K-Pack Induced Gas Flotation (IGF) systems shear gas into fine bubbles using a high-energy mechanical or hydraulic vortex, without the pressurisation infrastructure a DAF needs. Those bubbles bond to oil and solids and lift them as froth for removal.

Built for continuous, demanding duty, IGF is the proven choice for produced water, refinery streams and high-temperature oily wastewater — including offshore and ballast-water applications where reliability is non-negotiable.

Features

Key features

  • High-energy vortex gas shearing
  • No pressurisation system required
  • Mechanical or hydraulic gas induction
  • Rugged build for continuous industrial duty
  • Handles high-temperature, high-load streams
  • Multi-cell configurations for staged removal
Working principle

How it works

Flow enters flotation cells

Oily wastewater enters cells fitted with mechanical or hydraulic gas induction.

Vortex creates fine bubbles

A high-energy vortex shears gas into fine bubbles that bond to oil particles.

Froth forms and is removed

Oil and solids accumulate as froth and are skimmed from the surface.

Treated water advances

Clarified effluent moves on for discharge, reuse or final polishing.
