What it is
Heetu K-Pack VOC Stripping Systems bring contaminated water into intimate counter-current contact with clean air or steam inside a packed tower. Volatile organics transfer from the liquid to the gas phase, so the treated water can meet discharge limits while vapour is captured for optional carbon or thermal treatment.
Enclosed designs control odour and emissions, and the strippers integrate cleanly with IGF, DAF and biological stages to form a complete treatment train.

How it works
Water enters the tower
Contaminated water is distributed at the top of a packed stripping tower.
Counter-current contact
Clean air or steam rises against the descending water across the packing.
VOCs transfer to gas
Volatile organics move from the liquid into the gas phase.
Treat and discharge
Stripped water exits to discharge; vapour receives optional carbon or thermal treatment.
