Overview

What it is

Heetu K-Pack Flocculation Systems prepare wastewater for clarification, flotation and filtration by neutralising particle charges and growing fine particles into dense, settleable or floatable aggregates. The range spans rapid flash mixers, gentle multi-chamber flocculators and a zero-power pipe flocculator that uses flow energy alone.

Tapered, multi-chamber designs and adjustable retention from 30 seconds to 30 minutes let us tune conditioning precisely to your chemistry — feeding lamella clarifiers, DAF, CFS or filtration with well-formed flocs.

Features

Key features

  • Flash mixers for rapid chemical dispersion
  • Multi-chamber tapered flocculation designs
  • Zero-power pipe flocculator with no moving parts
  • Adjustable floc retention from 30 s to 30 min
  • Construction in SS, RCC, MS, PVC or HDPE
  • Skid-mounted or integrated tank builds
Working principle

How it works

Rapid coagulation

Coagulant and polymer are dosed with rapid mixing to neutralise charges and form pin flocs.

Gentle flocculation

Water passes through tapered chambers or pipe loops with controlled residence time.

Flocs grow

Particles collide and consolidate into dense, settleable or floatable aggregates.

Feed downstream

Conditioned water advances to lamella, DAF, CFS or filtration equipment.
