Precision in-house fabrication of mild-steel and stainless tanks, vessels, skids and complete treatment packages — engineered, welded and QA-tested to your specification.
What it is
Fabrication is at the heart of Heetu K-Pack. Our workshop builds mild-steel and stainless-steel tanks, vessels, skids and integrated treatment packages to customer drawings and international standards — with qualified welding, surface preparation and protective coatings.
Because we fabricate the equipment that goes into our own systems, quality is controlled end to end: dimensional accuracy, weld integrity, hydro-testing and finish are all verified before dispatch.
Made in India
Every tank, vessel and skid is precision-fabricated at our KPack Systems facility in India — QA-tested in-house, then shipped and commissioned across the GCC and MENA.

How it works
Drawings and materials
We finalise fabrication drawings and select materials for the duty.
Cut, form and weld
Plate is cut, formed and welded using qualified procedures.
Test and finish
Assemblies are hydro-tested, dimensionally checked and coated.
Deliver and install
Finished equipment is dispatched and, where required, installed on site.
